Starting off working at a holiday rental agency and gaining experience managing short term rentals: check-ins/outs, apartment inventory, task organizing, customer service (solving clients problems in a quick and efficient way), Ms. Edwards was able to learn the best values and essence of attending clients the way they deserve with the training she received. Shortly after she started working in a real estate portal and software (CRM) company, which contributed to her introducing herself more and more into the real estate business. Providing clients with tecnical support with the products and services offered and finding potential customers, promoting the product and doing follow-ups, gave her experience in telemarketing and helped her to understand the work of a real estate agent. Ms. Edwards is also receiving training to gain skills in digital marketing and social media managing. Ms. Edwards will always prioritize customer support and can do so fluently in English and Spanish.
