MARBELLA TOWN

Now, where can we start? Perks of living in Marbella… hmm.

Truth be told, Marbella has been one of the favourite holiday destinations in Costa del Sol for years. What is it that people like from here so much? And even make them buy a home or even a 2nd home here!

CHARMING ANDALUSIAN STREETS...

Marbella's Streets

There is something so amusing (no matter how long you live here) about just walking through all the narrow streets in Marbella’s old town filled with history, small boutiques and unique restaurants.

If you are into photography and discovering cute little spots this is the place to go.

FOOD...

Marbella Restaurant

Why is it that mediterranean dishes are so appealing? So hard to decide between delicious fried fish, paella and “Tortilla de Patata”!

There are hundreds of restaurants in Marbella, so let’s just say that it’s hard to decide where to go when you have way to many options.

HIKING...

Hiking Marbella

Are you one of those people that haven’t finished their week if they don’t go for a hike to get the heart pumping? Then you probably will be very happy to know that you can find hiking routes in Marbella and its proximities.      If you are feeling extra confident, “La Concha” standing at 1200m is a landmark here and the perfect spot to enjoy amazing views of the entire Costa del Sol on a clear day.

FLEAMARKETS...

FleaMarket Marbella

Few things get more traditional than a fleamarket in Marbella, locals competing for the cheapest sale, products from food and houseware to clothing and accesories, bumping into an old friend or neighbour you haven’t seen for a while, the list goes on..

You can find fleamarkets on Mondays (Marbella), Thursdays (San Pedro de Alcántara) and Saturdays (Nueva Andalucía). Even if you don’t buy anything, you will be entertained. That’s for sure.

"THE PASEO MARÍTIMO" - Promenade (Spanish)

Perks of living in Marbella

Breathing the fresh sea air, there’s nothing quite like that. And if you pair that with a walk in good company or even a jog along Marbella’s 17km promenade, it just gets better.

BEACHES...

Marbella Beach

And of course, we can’t forget about the beach. Starting as a fishing town, Marbella has to have beaches and you can find them in town and also in most of its suburbs. And thankgoodness we have the beach when the hot days come! It’s part of the family tradition to spend the whole day here as soon as summer begins.

Marbella enjoys sunny weather and beautiful days almost all year round. Practically 300 days out of 365 days a year!

Some people just want to enjoy this every day and that’s why they decide to make Marbella their home. Why don’t you come visit and let it convince you with its charm?
